Manufacture, delivery, installation: we handle this final stage with the same care as the earlier ones, because it is often what makes — or breaks — the final impression.
Furniture is what people touch and what they remember: we give it the same care as the architecture. A beautiful place, badly furnished, is never quite a beautiful place.
Furniture makes the everyday.
You can get the plan right and still get the place wrong. Seating, tables and storage are what decide real comfort: how you sit for eight hours a day, how you file your paperwork, how four people meet without getting in each other's way. Furniture is not the decoration of a project; it is an essential part of it.
We source from French and European manufacturers, with an eye on durability and repairability as much as on design. Our showroom lets you try before choosing: you sit down, you adjust, you compare two fabrics under the same light. No spec sheet replaces that moment.
When the right piece does not exist, we draw it and have it made: reception desks, shelving, meeting tables, bespoke joinery. It comes straight from our workshop beginnings, and it is one reason our places do not look like catalogues.
Reuse rather than replace.
Some of the existing furniture often deserves better than a skip. Where the quality allows, we refurbish it, repair it or reuse it elsewhere in the project. It is better for the budget and consistent with our commitments.
We then handle the orders, the supplier lead times and the delivery hiccups, followed by assembly and levelling on site. A few weeks after installation, we come back to adjust whatever use has revealed.
What we look at in a working environment.
We work with the manufacturers who design the tables, chairs and seating you will use every day. That closeness lets us decide on concrete criteria rather than on a catalogue.
Ergonomics and desk comfort
Adjustable seating, height-variable work surfaces, supports for standing postures. We size workstations around the hours actually spent in front of a screen, not around an average standard.
Acoustics and light
Noise and glare are the two most common complaints in open-plan offices. Absorbent panels, screens, booths and desk orientation are dealt with at plan stage, not added afterwards.
Modular furniture
Tables that fold and join together, movable partitions, seating that can be shifted: a floor plate should be able to change configuration in an hour, without technical help.
Integrated technology
Screens, video conferencing, room booking, lighting control: equipment is planned into the furniture and the services, to avoid extension leads and boxes stuck on as an afterthought.
Break and wellbeing spaces
Kitchen areas, lounges, quiet break spaces, outdoor zones where the site allows. These places, more than the desks, are what make people want to come back to the office.
Reuse and durability
Some of the existing furniture can often be reused after refurbishment. We favour French and European manufacturers, repairable pieces and take-back schemes for whatever cannot stay.
