What guides us is use, not trend: how a place is lived in day after day matters more than how it photographs. More often than not, the second follows from the first.
One point of contact, one party accountable for the schedule and the budget. That is what allows an original intention to survive a whole project without being diluted along the way.
The human factor, the design.
Beyond the place itself, the difference comes from paying attention to use and getting the detail right. Two spaces with the same floor area can feel entirely different depending on how they are inhabited.
We always start from people: how they work, gather, concentrate and rest. Architecture comes afterwards, serving those uses rather than the other way around.
We do not decorate a space, we reveal what it can become. That conviction, more than any style, is what marks our projects.
A showroom that is lived in.
Our thousand-square-metre showroom in Mauguio is not a display case: it is a working space. We draw there, we test materials there, we welcome clients there.
A design studio, a café, an art gallery and open workspaces sit side by side — so many ways of testing ideas at full scale before building them elsewhere.
