Every trade, one responsibility.
A fit-out involves some fifteen trades: demolition, masonry, partitions, joinery, electrics, plumbing, ventilation, flooring, painting, signage. Coordinating all of that yourself means becoming the conductor of a site whose language you do not speak, and arbitrating every week between firms whose interests do not align.
As general contractor, we take that burden on ourselves. One contract, one point of contact, one party accountable for schedule and budget. A site manager runs the whole thing, sequences the trades so they follow on without dead time, and reports to you at every stage. You keep control of the decisions; we take on the complexity.
We regularly work in occupied premises, where teams carry on working through the build. The site is then split into phases, often carried out outside business hours, with particular attention paid to dust, noise and everyone's safety.
Quality is judged on the finishes.
The craft shows in the last few per cent: the alignment of a skirting board, the junction between two materials, the swing of a door, the crispness of a seal. These details cannot be fixed afterwards; they are prepared throughout the build.
At handover we clear the snag list with you, hand over the operating documents and provide defects liability cover. Our after-sales team stays reachable afterwards: a place lives, wears and needs adjusting, and we remain accountable for what we have built.
